Stuart Kane Attorney Cole Morgan Selected as 2021 Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star

Stuart Kane LLP is pleased to announce that Cole F. Morgan has been selected as a 2021 Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star for Real Estate. This recognition is awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of Southern California’s licensed attorneys.

In addition to Cole’s recognition, partners Bruce C. Stuart, Bruce D. May,  Josh C. Grushkin,  Javier F. Gutierrez and Eve A. Brackmann were selected to the 2021 Southern California Super Lawyers list.

Cole Morgan focuses his practice on the areas of corporate and commercial real estate law. He handles all aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, including negotiation and drafting of agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising on legal and compliance issues. He has assisted numerous landlords and tenants operating in the cannabis industry, including vertically integrated companies, with transactional and compliance matters.
