Ms. Perez focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation, representing businesses and individuals in complex civil disputes. She assists clients through every stage of litigation, including pre-suit analysis, discovery, law and motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation, with an emphasis on developing practical and effective litigation strategies.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Perez spent nearly ten years advocating for plaintiffs in civil litigation matters, primarily involving personal injury and employment-related claims. She worked throughout law school while continuing to develop her litigation experience and was admitted to the California Bar in 2023. Having served in multiple litigation capacities before becoming an attorney, Ms. Perez gained substantial experience in case development, case value, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation long before entering practice as counsel of record.
Ms. Perez’s background representing plaintiffs provides valuable insight into the evaluation and prosecution of civil claims.
