Stuart Kane’s labor and employment practice group provides both expert counseling for employers on how best to manage personnel issues and highly effective representation for the company in employee lawsuits and administrative proceedings.  We can provide detailed employee manuals, mandatory harassment training for management, distinguish between exempt and non-exempt job classifications, draft employee contracts, commission schedules, and enforceable arbitration clauses, and handle investigations of alleged discrimination, harassment, hostile work place, wage and hour claims, denial of breaks or overtime pay, failure to pay amounts due, and any of the myriad claims asserted against employers.  We can also prepare enforceable non-compete agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and advise concerning trade secrets, and then enforce them.
