Stuart Kane Continues to Grow with Addition of Real Estate Partner Michael Joyce

Stuart Kane LLP is pleased to announce Michael Joyce has joined the firm as a partner in the Real Estate group.

Mr. Joyce’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate development and finance, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, complex financings, leasing and construction of office, industrial, retail and residential development projects.

He also advises developers and property owners on their acquisitions, financings and joint venture work, guides his clients in the formation and structuring of large, institutionally-backed development projects and investments, and has extensive experience in the area of restructures.

Co-founding partner Bruce Stuart comments, “We are pleased to continue the growth of our firm with the addition of Mike. His extensive real estate law and land use experience make him a natural addition to our team.”

Prior to joining Stuart Kane, Mr. Joyce practiced real estate law with Allen Matkins.

He received his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, Order of the Coif and received his A.B. from Princeton University, with honors.
