Stuart Kane Represents Dexcom in Corporate Headquarters Lease Expansion

Stuart Kane LLP is pleased to announce the successful negotiation of a lease amendment to expand the corporate headquarters of its client, Dexcom, Inc. (NASDAQ:DXCM).  Stuart Kane partner Josh C. Grushkin served as real estate counsel to Dexcom in negotiating the amendment to Dexcom’s existing lease with Kilroy Realty, L.P.

Adding approximately 90,000 square feet at 6290 Sequence Drive in San Diego, Dexcom’s headquarters will ultimately expand to a total of approximately 218,815 square feet, spread over three buildings at 6130, 6290 and 6340 Sequence Drive.

With flexibility in mind for the expansion, Dexcom and Kilroy worked together to efficiently negotiate the complex transaction to amend the existing lease.   “The Dexcom and Kilroy teams worked quickly to achieve their respective goals for the deal, and also meet the aggressive timetable for the delivery of the new expansion space,” said Grushkin, counsel for Dexcom.  “It was a pleasure being able to help facilitate the physical growth of a dynamic company like Dexcom.”
