Stuart Kane LLP continues to be a proud supporter of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) Orange County/Long Beach Marcus M. Kaufman Jurisprudence Awards. This year, the event will be held virtually on October 29, 2020. The Marcus M. This year’s recipients of the prestigious award are Darren Aitken, Diane Biagianti, and Joanna Weiss.

Stuart Kane founding partner Josh Grushkin has served on the ADL’s Orange County/Long Beach Regional Board since 2007, and was the Regional Board Chair from 2016 to 2019. Josh’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including real property acquisitions and dispositions, development, entitlement, construction, financing, and leasing. His expertise includes land acquisitions and dispositions for commercial and residential developers, homebuilders, investors and corporate users.

The Anti-Defamation League was founded in 1913, “to stop the defamation of the Jewish people and to secure justice and fair treatment to all.”  ADL continues to be the nation’s premier civil rights and human relations organization, fighting anti-Semitism and bigotry of all kinds.  Through education, legislation, inter-group dialogue and the monitoring of extremist groups, the Anti-Defamation League seeks to create a community free from hate and bigotry.
