Stuart Kane Welcomes Michael P. McConnell to the Litigation Group

Stuart Kane is pleased to announce Michael P. McConnell has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation group.

Mr. McConnell’s practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation. Mr. McConnell represents corporate entities and individuals in a wide range of disputes in both state and federal court, guiding clients through all phases of litigation from pre-suit strategy through trial and resolution. He has extensive experience litigating matters involving corporate governance, business torts, employment and wage-and-hour disputes, real estate (both commercial and residential), construction law, intellectual property, trade secrets, and complex multi-party actions. He has handled high-stakes commercial disputes from inception through judgment, including discovery, law and motion practice, trial, and post-judgment proceedings. His practice also includes advising business owners and executives on risk mitigation and litigation avoidance strategies. 

Prior to joining Stuart Kane LLP, Mr. McConnell practiced business litigation at respected Southern California firms, representing clients in complex civil matters. Earlier in his career, he operated his own practice, serving as counsel to small and mid-sized businesses, managing employment litigation, and advising clients on entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
