Josh C. Grushkin has been recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of Real Estate since 2019, and was recognized as a Rising Star from 2008-2010. His practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including real property acquisitions and dispositions, development, entitlement, construction, financing, and leasing. Josh represents commercial and residential developers, homebuilders, investors, and corporate users, and negotiates debt and equity financing, joint ventures, and the purchase and sale of operating retail shopping centers, commercial and industrial buildings, and land for new development.
Javier F. Gutierrez has been recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of Real Estate since 2020, and was recognized as a Rising Star from 2015-2017. He helps clients acquire, finance, construct, lease, and dispose of real estate and other corporate assets.
