Stuart Kane Partner Ed Farrell Elected Chair of the Construction Law Section of the OCBA

Stuart Kane LLP is pleased to announce that partner Edward J. Farrell has been elected to Chair of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) Construction Law Section as of January 1, 2024.  

The OCBA’s mission is to enhance the system of justice, to support the lawyers who serve it, and to assist the community served by it. The OCBA Construction Law Section meets to address the legal aspects of engineering, architecture, and the construction process.

 “I am honored to serve as Chair of the section and look forward to serve the OCBA community in this role,” stated Mr. Farrell. 

In addition to his service to the OCBA, Mr. Farrell is involved in the Southern California Contractor’s Association (SCCA) and the Legal Committee for Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC). His practice focuses on civil disputes in the areas of real estate, construction, and employment. He is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney focused on representing professional individuals as well as regional, national, and international entities in both California state courts and U.S. District Courts.
