Stuart Kane Represents Masimo in Acquisition of New Corporate Headquarters

Stuart Kane LLP is pleased to announce the acquisition of a new corporate headquarters by its client, Masimo Corporation (NASDAQ: MASI), through a wholly owned subsidiary (collectively “Masimo”). Stuart Kane partner Josh C. Grushkin served as real estate counsel to Masimo on the $56 million purchase. Relocating to the new headquarters allows Masimo to bring its corporate, research and development activities under one roof, replacing a variety of leased facilities throughout Irvine.

The 213,800 square foot building, located at 52 Discovery in Irvine, California, is one of the more distinctive properties in the Irvine Spectrum. Purchased from Nikken, Inc., the building’s iconic glass rotunda has been featured in several movies and television shows.
